Our surgery,as always is open Monday to Friday 8.30- 5.00. Consultations are face to face.
The best way to make a request for an appointment or a prescription is through email.
We are here to look after all of your health needs. Please call us, if you have a symptom that you are worried about. We don't want people to delay asking for help and ending up becoming more unwell.
An appointment can be made by phoning reception between 8:30am and 5:00pm. The phone lines are closed between 12:30 and 2:00pm.
Alternatively you can email us with the form below with your details and we will get back to you. It is best to phone reception if you need an urgent concern.
Out of hours cover, for acute medical care, between 6pm and 8am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday and the bank holidays is provided by North Doc at 0818224476. Our Out of Hours Service continues to provide care to all patients in North County Dublin. They too will talk to you over the phone and will arrange to see you if you need an examaniation or further assessment.
