Dr. Keating , a Clare native, completed her medical degree in 2001 in University College Dublin. She undertook postgraduate training in surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She worked in a number of specialties including Urology , Gynaecology & Orthopaedics. She completed her membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2004. She continued her training in Orthopaedic surgery for 5 years.
She also worked for two years in Dermatology and continues to work part time in the dermatology department in St Vincents University Hospital. She is a member of the Primary Care Dermatology Society.
She has completed the diploma in woman's health and in 2018 she was awarded with her Membership of the Irish College of General Practictioners. She is currently undertaking a Diploma in Dermatology. Her special interest include joint injections, dermatology and skin surgery and women's health. She is a GP tutor with Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She is married with 3 children in Dublin.
